Job Overview:

For A semi-skilled manufacturing role with a preference for candidates with a manufacturing background and basic computer knowledge involves performing routine production tasks, operating fundamental machinery, and utilizing basic digital tools for documentation and process monitoring.
Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operating and monitoring semi-automatic or basic production machinery, ensuring they run efficiently and reporting any malfunctions.

Production & Assembly: Performing tasks on an assembly line, which may involve manual assembly of components based on established procedures and guidelines.

Quality Control: Conducting routine quality checks, inspecting finished products for defects, and ensuring they meet specified standards.

Material Handling: Assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials and moving finished products or inventory within the facility, potentially using basic lifting equipment.

Documentation & Reporting: Using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, or internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)



systems) to log production data, input inventory information, and maintain records.

Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: A previous background in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.

Computer Literacy: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or data entry systems, for recording information.

Soft Skills: Solid attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, valuable communication skills, and a willingness to learn are crucial.

Physical Stamina: The role may require standing for extended periods and the ability to lift/move materials.
Qualifications:
