Patient Relations Executive
We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive for an office-based role.
Responsibilities:
Handle patient queries via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and patient coordination.
Resolve patient concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
Maintain patient records and basic office documentation.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English & Hindi.
Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude.
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
Prior experience in healthcare/customer service/hospitality is preferred.
Work Location: In person
