Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive - Chemist / Lab Technician to support electroplating production through chemical analysis, laboratory testing, bath maintenance, and process monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring chemical parameters are maintained within specified limits to achieve consistent plating quality.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions.
Monitor and maintain bath chemistry as per process specifications.
Prepare and standardize chemical solutions for production use.
Perform laboratory testing and record observations accurately.
Support troubleshooting of plating-related quality issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures for handling chemicals and hazardous materials.
Maintain testing records, reports, and laboratory documentation.




Coordinate with Production and Quality departments for process improvements.
Monitor chemical consumption and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications
