Role: MIS Reporting & (KMP + SB Payouts )

Key Responsibilities
KMP Reporting & Governance
Maintain daily, MTD, and YTD KMP dashboards across CSPS/LifeAsia.
Track deviations ageing SRs, repeat issues, and escalate breaches proactively.
Coordinate with PS, PB, Risk, Compliance, IT teams to ensure zero deviation and robust RCA documentation.
Maintain audit trail and support SOX/regulatory audit queries related to KMP.
SB MIS & Payout Monitoring
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly SB payout MIS, including duedate payouts, arrear cases, premiumlinked payout triggers, and suspense clearance.
Track penal interest exposure and highlight potential risk transactions.
Publish SB disbursement dashboards for management with actionable insights.
Maintain structured SB data for NPS analysis, complaint trends, and PPC reporting.
Core MIS Operations
Develop automated MIS templates using Excel, Power Query, VBA, and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and version control across reports.
Publish governance packs for senior leadership (VP/AVP, Head PS).
Support crossfunctional MIS needs such as complaints reporting, escalation logs, SR open reports,



and outlier analysis.
Process Improvement & Automation
Partner with IT/ETG/BSG for MIS automation, data pipeline creation, and dashboard integration.
Identify recurring data issues and propose systemic fixes.
Contribute to UAT cycles for MISrelated changes and validate data flows before rollout.
Support
governance forums with structured MIS and insights for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies
Solid analytical, datamodelling, and dashboarding ability.
Advanced Excel/Power Query; familiarity with SQL preferred.
Deep understanding of life insurance operations (SB, KMP, CSPS, LifeAsia).
High accuracy and attention to detail in MIS handling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work under stringent timelines and multiple priorities.
Problemsolving mindset with focus on automation and data hygiene.
