Key Responsibilities
Monitor process control during shifts and take corrective action wherever required.
Conduct daily process audits as per the audit plan and carry out product audits.
Perform daily rejection analysis, prepare action plans and monitor their implementation.
Conduct process-related training.
Identify process deviations and ensure their effective closure.
Required Skills
Should have knowledge of foundry processes, defect analysis and corrective action.
Knowledge of process and product audits, quality tools, FMEA and IATF / ISO 9001 is required.
Should demonstrate communication skills, punctuality, hard work, sincerity and teamwork.
