Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Supervise production workers and allocate tasks efficiently.
Monitor the production process to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Ensure proper use of raw materials, machinery, manpower, and other resources.
Maintain production records, stock records, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Purchase, Maintenance, and Management teams.
Monitor product quality and ensure production is carried out according to company procedures.
Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
Train and guide workers on production processes and safety procedures.
Monitor machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs or breakdowns.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.
Required Skills
Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Solid team management and supervisory skills.
Ability to manage manpower and meet production targets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production records.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification
Graduation / Diploma
Experience
2–5 years of production experience preferred. Candidates with solid practical experience in manufacturing and team supervision may also be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
