Lead and manage end-to-end API production operations, including batch manufacturing and production planning.
Plan production schedules, manpower, materials and equipment to achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Manage and monitor API manufacturing processes to ensure consistent yield, quality and productivity.
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOP, EHS and safety requirements across production activities.
Monitor batch processing, production performance, yield, productivity and process efficiency.
Handle production troubleshooting, deviations, process-related issues and corrective actions.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
Review and maintain BMR/BPR, batch records, production logs and other manufacturing documentation.
Ensure proper operation and utilization of reactors, dryers and other API manufacturing equipment.
Drive initiatives for yield improvement, process optimization, reduction of production losses and improved plant efficiency.
Manage and guide production teams,



ensuring effective manpower utilization and adherence to safety practices.
Prepare and review daily/monthly production reports and MIS for management.

Mandatory Requirement Must have robust hands-on knowledge and substantial experience in Steroids & Hormones API manufacturing.
Strong understanding of Steroids & Hormones manufacturing processes, batch operations and process controls.
Should have experience handling production challenges and troubleshooting in Steroids & Hormones API plants.
Robust knowledge of GMP documentation, safety, production procedures and API manufacturing practices.
Excellent team-management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate A 10+ years experienced API Production skilled with proven expertise in Steroids & Hormones manufacturing, capable of independently managing production operations and leading a production team. Immediate Joiner Preferred.
