Skill Set
Prior experience in developing web/mobile based applications
Prior experience with .NET 4.0 or higher, C# is a must
Knowledge of relational databases viz. MS SQL/MySQL/Oracle or any other
Knowledge of OOA, OOD, OOPS concepts
Familiarity with SOA (Rest or SOAP Api), MVC/MVVM/MVP, Agile development
Dev Express controls
Hands-on experience with a cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Rackspace/Google Cloud etc) is a plus
Knowledge of source control - TFS/SVN/Git.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable to changing priorities and open to current ideas

Can produce a detailed software design document based on the given software requirement specifications document.
Define project scope, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources and timelines.
Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end.
Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate and professional manner to the relevant stakeholders periodically.
