Lead the technical design, development, enhancement, and support of the RTS 2.0 (Right to Services) application for the Government of Maharashtra.

Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to ensure timely project delivery.

Review solution architecture, code quality, database design, integrations, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

Coordinate with government departments, NIC, SI partners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

Manage project planning, sprint execution, effort estimation, issue resolution, and release management using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Oversee integration with government platforms, APIs, digital services, authentication systems, and payment gateways wherever applicable.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, high availability, and compliance with Government of Maharashtra IT policies and SDLC standards.

Conduct code reviews, mentor team members,



resolve technical escalations, and drive continuous process improvements.

Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, root cause analysis (RCA), and project status reports for stakeholders.

Support production deployments, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure smooth operations of the RTS 2.0 platform.
