What Drives Success

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering data.
Assist in product data management and document control activities.
Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Freshers ME 2026
Valuable understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of PLM concepts.
Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter.
Awareness of RuleStream or engineering automation tools.
Basic understanding of CAD systems such as NX, Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
Understanding of change management processes.
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is an added advantage.
