Hiring: Ginning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ginning Manager to lead production and ginning operations for a leading textile manufacturing group with large-scale cotton processing and spinning operations.

Location: Qarshi/ Karshi- Uzbek

Experience: 5– 10 Years

Education: Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrumental Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end ginning production and daily operations
Plan production, material availability, manpower & shift deployment
Monitor hourly/daily production targets, productivity & downtime
Ensure optimum performance and maintenance of ginning machinery
Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate for quick resolution
Lead RCA, Kaizen,



5S and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage production teams and ensure safety, quality & efficiency standards
