Key Responsibilities:

· Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, including server, storage, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and backup solutions.

· Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals), understand technical and business requirements, and prepare tailored solutions accordingly.

· Collaborate with government and PSU clients to gather requirements and deliver optimal compute infrastructure designs.

· Proactively participate in the RFP lifecycle, contributing to solution planning, technical documentation, and proposal submissions.

· Right-size server and storage configurations based on customer workloads and future scalability, ensuring cost-effective and effective solutions.

· Interact with customers to present solutions, clarify requirements, and align proposed architectures with client expectations.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and remain open to learning emerging technologies.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in IT infrastructure solution design, specifically for enterprise or government/PSU clients.

Strong understanding of server, storage, HCI, and backup technologies.

Ability to create consolidated and optimized infrastructure proposals. OEM certifications (e.g., from Dell, HPE, Nutanix, VMware, etc.) are highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Robust team player with a proactive and continuous learning mindset

Understanding technical innovations and trends in IT as well as their impact on solving customer business problems
