Decision Making Authority (This will be for every job allocated to the individual)

Production Planning –
To make the production plan of all YOHT plants based on sales demand.
Order Promising: To provide the product availability as per customer’s requirement considering the current plant capability and incoming infrastructure plant.
Monitor & follow up the production schedules with Plant as per customer’s requirement.
Coordination with all concerned Deptt. Like Marketing, Purchase, Technical, Plant Engg, Project,



IED etc. To meet the demand.
Master data management : Responsible for managing all existing skus and current introduced skus with all production related fields.

Work Experience

Functional
2 to 4 years’ experience in similar assignment with a Manufacturing company.
Must have hands on experience in any ERP systems.
Experience of Tire Industry will be highly preferred
Experience in leading a team.
