Description:

Residency training in orthopedic surgery or relevant specialty. Board certification or eligibility for certification in orthopedic surgery. State medical license. Solid clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team workplace. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.Patient Care:Evaluate patients musculoskeletal conditions through physical examination, medical history review, and diagnostic tests.Develop treatment plans tailored to patients needs and conditions, which may include surgery, medication, physical therapy, or other interventions.Perform surgical procedures to correct musculoskeletal issues, such as fractures, joint replacements,



or soft tissue repairs.Monitor patients progress during treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Provide education to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures.Collaboration:Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as primary care physicians, radiologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment strategies.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.Ensure compliance with medical and legal regulations regarding patient documentation and confidentiality.Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of advances in orthopedic medicine, surgical techniques, and treatment modalities through continuing education, conferences, and career development activities.Pursue opportunities for research and academic contributions in the field of orthopedics.
