WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION / SHIFT MANAGER

Division: Cake / Noodles / Namkeen

Position: Production Manager / Shift Manager

Location: Narendrapur, Ramchandrapur

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 7–10 Years
Experience in Food / FMCG Manufacturing preferred
Candidates with experience in Cake, Noodles, Namkeen, Bakery or Snacks Production will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Production, Engineering or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production and achieve shift-wise targets.
Supervise and manage production manpower.
Monitor product quality, productivity and wastage.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
Supervise production machines and coordinate with Maintenance.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and SOP compliance.
Maintain daily production and shift reports.
Coordinate with QA, Stores, Maintenance & Dispatch teams.
Handle production-related issues and ensure smooth shift operations.

Immediate Joiners and candidates with relevant food production experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
