Executeindividual product development projects within a program, ensuring on-time,on-budget, and on-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning Management

Plan and manage projecttimelines, resources, and deliverables across functions

Develop detailed projectschedules with explicit milestones and dependencies

Track resources
Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with design,engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams

Ensure seamless executionacross functional boundaries

Facilitate communication andalignment among stakeholders
Execution Monitoring Control

Track and report projectprogress, risks, and issues

Develop and execute mitigationplans for identified risks

Ensure engineering changes areimplemented per plan and stakeholder alignment
Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) Management

Drive issue resolution atproject level to meet QCD targets

Monitor budget adherence andcost optimization

Ensure quality standards andcompliance throughout project lifecycle
Launch Stabilization

Support production ramp-up andstabilization post-launch





Address production issues anddrive rapid resolution

Ensure smooth transition tooperations
Documentation Compliance

Maintain detailed projectdocumentation

Ensure compliance with internalprocesses and regulatory standards

Capture lessons learned andbest practices
