Role Description The Procurement Controller is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing cladding materials, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of products for ongoing projects. Day-to-day tasks include comparing quotations, negotiating contracts, monitoring purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors, logistics partners, and internal project teams to maintain cost efficiency and quality standards. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, maintaining accurate records, supporting contract management,



and aligning procurement decisions with project timelines and specifications.

This is a full time, hybrid role based in Panvel, where the team member will work both on-site and remotely, depending on business requirements.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including experience in purchasing materials and managing supplier relationships.
Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation and Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance, compare costs, and ensure quality and reliability.
Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and maintain compliant, up-to-date agreements.
Relevant experience in construction, building materials, or facade/cladding systems is highly beneficial.
Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid on-site/remote setting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement/ERP tools, along with attention to detail and organizational skills.
A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
