Role & responsibilities The Planning Coordinator is responsible for managing supply planning activities by collaborating closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Operations teams. The role involves valuable communication skills that help in monitoring demand trends, inventory levels, and supply risks, coordinating timely product availability, preparing MIS reports, resolving day-to-day supply issues, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders to support business and customer requirements.
Work effectively in cross functional setting between sales, manufacturing, Sourcing & logistics.
To be a SPOC for sales for all the business exigencies and will be expediting the supply in line with the business requirement
Prepare MIS & keep records of all supply issues and timely update the relevant stake holders.
Analyse & identifies sales trend and back orders to determine corrective action,



which may require to change the supply plan in alignment with volume planner.
Provide solution in terms of inter depot transfer recommendation to RLMs wherever required to serve critical customer.
Drive daily discussion with the 3rd Party operation & align supplies as per business needs.
Communicating effectively with sales, operations & sourcing to maintain a solid relationship.
Identifying & resolving potential supply risk, expediting components in alignment with sourcing where needed, to ensure continued supply of finished products.
Implement supply chain strategies & manage day to day supply issues.
Utilize daily weekly & monthly reporting to optimize inventory.

Preferred candidate profile 3- 4 yrs. of relevant experience 3- 4 yrs. of relevant experience
