Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with customers over the phone, understand their insurance requirements, and convert leads into successful insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/data.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the operations/insurance team for documentation and policy issuance.
Ensure proper follow-up and maintain a positive customer experience.
Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and applicable insurance guidelines.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is an advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[24000 – 29000] per month + Performance Incentives

Working Days: [6 Days / Week]

Week Off: [Rotational]

Working Hours: [10.00 AM to 7.00 PM]
