Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Project Engineer for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality control, vendor management, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior execution, coordination with consultants/vendors, and managing site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Execute interior fit-out and turnkey projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, and finishing work.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
Prepare site progress reports and monitor project timelines.
Ensure work quality, safety standards, and project compliance.
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
Coordinate material requirements with procurement departments.




Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor performance.
Resolve site-related technical issues and execution challenges.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled timelines.
Maintain project documentation, work records, and site reports.
Attend project review meetings and provide execution updates.
Support billing and quantity surveying teams with work measurements and certifications.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
Positive coordination and site management skills.
Knowledge of materials, finishing standards, and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior design field.

Preferred Experience
Experience in office interiors, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial turnkey projects.
Experience handling multiple sites/projects is preferred.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.
