Admission Counsellor

Trillium Foundation is a leading overseas education consultancy helping students achieve their international education goals. We are hiring overseas admission counsellors for our Angamaly branch.

Responsibilities
Manage the complete admission documentation process from application to student departure.
Verify, collect, organize, and submit student documents for university applications.
Coordinate with universities to obtain offer letters and track application progress.
Assist students with visa documentation and application procedures.
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
Follow up with students, universities, and internal teams throughout the admission and visa process.
Maintain accurate student records and update application status regularly.




Provide end-to-end support until the student successfully departs for their destination country.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Solid attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to learn on your own and be curious.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM management, and documentation processes.
Prior experience in overseas education or visa documentation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
