Job Requirements

We are looking for a PCB Layout Designer with 5–7 years of experience in mixed-signal PCB layout and solid expertise in Mentor Graphics PADS.+

Responsibilities:
Perform component placement and routing for multilayer mixed-signal PCBs.
Route high-speed, differential, analog, digital, and power signals.
Manage controlled impedance, stack-up, grounding, return paths, and EMI/EMC requirements.

Apply DFM/DFA guidelines and resolve layout-related manufacturing issues.
Create PCB fabrication and assembly outputs, including Gerber, ODB++, drill, and pick-and-place files.
Perform DRC checks and support design reviews, prototyping, and production release.+

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):
5–7 years of PCB layout experience.

Advanced knowledge of Mentor Graphics PADS.
Experience with multilayer mixed-signal and high-speed PCB layouts.
Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, impedance control, and PCB manufacturing standards.
Robust understanding of DFM/DFA and IPC guideline
This role focuses exclusively on PCB layout and does not include schematic design.
