Role & responsibilities
Manage complete lifecycle of CCTV projects: requirement gathering, design, installation, testing, and handover.
Conduct site surveys and prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Provide training and guidance to technicians and support staff.
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure system uptime through proactive monitoring.

Preferred candidate profile |
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).
4–6 years of experience in CCTV project management or security systems.
Solid knowledge of CCTV hardware, networking, and surveillance technologies.
Excellent project planning, execution, and leadership skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
