As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring product solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation. You will interact with clients daily and are expected to independently implement projects by visiting client locations and ensuring timely and successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client business needs and translate them into product configurations.
Implement product solutions at customer locations (in office).
Provide first-level support and resolve configuration or functional issues.
Maintain documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client success.
Participate in shift-based operations to support global clients.





Required Skills:
Basic SQL skills.
Understanding of SDLC processes.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with clients and manage implementation expectations.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel within and outside India for client implementations.
Versatile to work in shifts.
