Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Ads Executive with around 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, campaign structuring, and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to achieve campaign objectives.
Prepare weekly and monthly paid advertising performance reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify current opportunities.
Coordinate with content, design,



and SEO teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
Maintain campaign documentation and ensure campaigns are aligned with client/business objectives.
Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
1 year of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
Valuable understanding of PPC, SEM, SMM, and digital marketing concepts.
Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign reporting tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve campaign performance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
