Position: Project Manager

Qualification: Post-Graduation in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Journalism

Experience: 5–8 years, with at least 3 years of experience in Social Media Management

Role Overview The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Zonal Team and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of communication and social media activities. The role will function as a Campaign Manager-cum-Team Leader, ensuring effective coordination between internal and field-level teams and timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate effectively with the Zonal Team.
Lead and manage the overall campaign strategy, planning, execution, and monitoring.
Supervise and coordinate the project team to ensure smooth and timely execution of assigned activities.
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the objectives of the Railway Zone.
Oversee Social Media Management, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and Social Media Analytics.
Monitor social media platforms, audience engagement, trends, and online sentiment.




Analyse social media performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with content, design, social media, and other internal teams to ensure consistency and quality of communication.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues related to online reputation and digital communication.
Maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders and ensure adherence to project timelines and guidelines.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, digital communication, and campaign management.
Hands-on understanding of ORM, social listening, analytics, and performance reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple teams and deliverables within strict timelines.
Experience in government, public-sector, or institutional communication will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
