Required Knowledge & Experience:
35 years of experience in PEB/structural steel erection and site supervision.
Knowledge of PEB erection drawings, structural components and erection procedures.
Hands-on experience in column, rafter, purlin, bracing and sheeting installation.
Experience in crane operations, lifting methods and rigging practices.
Ability to check alignment, level, plumb and bolted connections.
Knowledge of site safety procedures and work-at-height safety.
Experience in managing erection teams, subcontractors and site workers.
Ability to monitor daily progress, quality, safety and project schedules.
Valuable coordination with site engineers, project managers and clients.Role & responsibilities
