Job Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Java/Data, or Informatica to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with customer data, decisioning, data integration, or enterprise application development and should be comfortable working in a quick-paced technology workplace.

Candidates with robust Pega CDH/Next-Best-Action, Java/Data Engineering, or Informatica ETL/Data Integration experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions.
Work on Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, customer engagement, and decisioning use cases.
Develop and maintain data pipelines, data integrations, and customer data flows.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Integrate Pega applications with upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
Work with customer data,



data models, APIs, databases, and ETL processes.
Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and data teams.
Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, coding, and performance standards.

Required Skills Primary Pega CDH / Decisioning
Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Knowledge of Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA) and decision strategies.
Experience with Pega decisioning, customer engagement, or marketing applications.
Understanding of customer data, segmentation, eligibility, and decisioning concepts.
Valuable knowledge of SQL and data integration concepts.
