We are looking for an experienced and energetic Project Manager with minimum 15 years of experience in handling large-scale building and infrastructure projects. Must have Ten years exp in KSTP/NH/ Gulf road projects. Should be familiar in planning, site execution & The candidate should have robust experience in project execution, site coordination, planning, billing, client coordination, and team management.

Experience in government projects, hospital projects, KIIFB/PWD works, or multi-storey RCC structures will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall site execution and project coordination
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Handle project planning, scheduling, and resource management
Supervise billing, quantity verification, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract conditions




Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project progress
Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors effectively

Requirements
B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure projects
Experience in handling government/PWD/KIIFB projects preferred
Valuable leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple activities under strict timelines
