About the Role

We are looking for a Google & Bing Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign management, performance tracking, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Conduct keyword research and create effective ad copies.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROI.
Manage search, display, and other relevant paid advertising campaigns.
Track conversions and analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, keywords, and landing pages.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve campaign performance.




Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising features and best practices.

Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising.
Good understanding of PPC, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
