Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved project requirements
Develop and maintain the Baseline Programme in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Prepare detailed WBS, activity schedules, logic networks, resource loading, and project calendars.
Develop and maintain weekly/ monthly look-ahead programmes.
Monitor actual progress against the approved baseline and identify delays, slippages, and critical activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Conduct planned vs. actual progress analysis and prepare recovery plans where required.
Identify and monitor the critical path and activities affecting project completion.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Commercial, and other departments to obtain accurate progress information.
Track engineering, material procurement, approvals, inspections, and construction activities to ensure proper interface management.




Analyse delays and prepare delay analysis / time-impact analysis and supporting documentation for EOT claims when required.
Prepare manpower and resource plans and monitor productivity against planned targets.
Monitor project quantity progress, productivity, and earned progress.
Prepare S-curves, progress curves, histograms, dashboards, and other project-control reports.
Develop revised/recovery programmes in coordination with the Project Manager and construction team.
Participate in progress meetings with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and project management team.
Maintain proper records of progress, delays, instructions, approvals, and other schedule-related documentation.
Highlight potential schedule risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure that project teams are working in line with approved milestones and contractual deadlines.
Support commercial teams with planning data for variation, EOT, disruption, and delay claims.
