Job Summary The Engineer Customer Technical Service will be responsible for managing the automotive wax application process to ensure effective corrosion protection of production vehicles. The role involves supervising shop floor operations, monitoring process parameters, ensuring product quality, coordinating with customer production and quality teams, and supporting continuous process improvements while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Mechanical

Experience
4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, customer technical service, paint

shop, wax management system, or related production processes.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier setting.
Knowledge of automotive corrosion protection and wax application systems.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Robust analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts at the customer site.
