Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Surat.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with production and project teams, and ensure timelines, resources, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked. Daily tasks include preparing planning documents, monitoring progress, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysis for production planning, and explicit communication of project status to stakeholders.

Engineer will also contribute to process improvements and support adherence to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Planning and Production Planning skills to design and manage effective project and manufacturing schedules.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor performance, interpret data, and manage risks and deviations.
Candidates should possess explicit and qualified Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering) or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience with planning tools or software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, resource planning, and basic cost estimation is an advantage.
