Qualification: Diploma / B.E

Experience: More than 8 years

Skill Set: Industrial Mechanical Machine Maintenance

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines with Fanuc & Mitsubishi controllers.
Handle maintenance of Welding machines - LORCH, Fronius & Lincoln.
Proficient in Machine Hydraulics & Pneumatics circuit analysis and breakdown rectification.
Perform Gear box maintenance & overhauling activities.
Possess robust breakdown analytical skills with independent level troubleshooting capability.
Hands-on experience in TPM - MTTR and MTBF management reporting.
Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all production machineries.
Knowledge of AOD pump,



Grease pump repair and PM activities.
Ensure clear shift-end communication through log book, history card and Why-Why analysis.
Manage spares for shop floor machines.
Manage and ensure shift operation machines for reliable production.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook at Independent level.
Follow 5S / LOTO / Safety requirements based on need with respect to machine / utility.
Ensure positive knowledge and adherence to safety standards.
Having industrial experience in shopfloor working with safety and discipline.
Goal-oriented team player with independent level working capability.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Tamil.
