Preparing work for the whole team on Site.

 Estimating costs and understanding the requirement of the material.

 Developing deliverable schedules as a roadmap for the construction team.

 Following the project in case there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks

 Coordinate support and do the training of the subordinates.

 See costs, estimate, compare and cut unnecessary costs to stay within budget limits.

 To set specific goals signed by the client and do everything to meet the goals.

 Completing the project tasks on timely basis.

 Resolving the disputes that could come on his construction site.

 Keeping all the parties covered with draft contracts.

Ensuring every client receives enough support and establish an unbreakable relationship.

 Answering queries of the clients regarding the project.

Reporting / Reviewing

 Reporting on going site activities to management and other influential people around you.

 Reporting regarding workflow, cash flow and other site related activities.

 Reviewing the contractual conditions of performance, determining the precision of the work, handling requirements and deliverables, etc.





 Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan.

 To update the client’s engineer and the management about the progress of the project on weekly basis.

 Knowing the possible risks and informing the management about that.

Follow Ups

 Taking daily follow-ups of allocated task from the juniors and other supporting staff.

 Taking follow-ups regarding required materials from the concerned department / person.

 Taking follow-ups from the client’s regarding the given bills.

 Taking follow-ups from the client’s regarding drawings.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Experience 12 to 18 Years.

 Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech Civil Engineering.

 Experience in High-Rise Residential/Commercial building is must.

 Problem-Solving Skills.

 Team Co-ordination.

 Learning Skills.

 Knowledge of Civil Eng. Related Software’s.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
