Role Overview

We are looking for a technically solid

Product Manager – Backing Services to own and build platform services across

Cache-as-a-Service (Cache-aaS), Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS), and Storage-as-a-Service (Storage-aaS)

.

Key Responsibilities
Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption

.
Lead

0-to-1 product development for DBaaS and Storage-aaS.
Manage and grow the existing

Cache-aaS product, including roadmap, adoption, and commercials.
Convert developer/engineering needs into scalable,

self-service platform services

.
Drive productisation, automation, standardisation, onboarding, and operating models.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.

Mandatory Skills




Robust Product Management experience in cloud/platform/infrastructure products

.
Hands-on understanding of

DBaaS, Cache-aaS, S3/Object Storage, and Platform Services

.
Strong knowledge of

Couchbase, SQL and NoSQL databases

.
Proven experience taking technical/platform products from

0-to-1 through launch and adoption

.
Robust

Product Discovery, Product Strategy, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership

.
Ability to balance scalability, customer needs, operational support, and commercial considerations.
