Product Management experience for

OpenShift / internal infrastructure / developer platforms

.
Strong hands-on understanding of

Red Hat OpenShift and its ecosystem.
Expertise in product strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritisation & product discovery

.
Experience managing established platforms, including capacity, reliability, security, technical debt and sustainability

.
Solid understanding of containers, cloud-native technologies, pod management, networking and platform operations

.
Experience with on-premises cloud/platform environments

.
Define and manage

KPIs, SLAs, SLOs & SLIs

.
Drive platform capability adoption and enhancements

.
Work closely with

Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security and Product teams

.
Solid stakeholder management, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Engineering/technical background preferred;

OpenShift/Red Hat certification is advantageous.
