We are looking for the Performance Marketor, who is having minimum 2 plus years of Experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
Develop performance strategies, especially for fashion & e-commerce.
Manage retention marketing across WhatsApp, CRM, email and other channels.
Monitor campaign performance — ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions and sales.
Create and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
Understand client requirements; prepare strategies and reports.
Use AI tools for planning, analysis, creatives and automation.
Stay updated on trends in performance marketing, AI and e-commerce.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and retention marketing.
Experience in e-commerce and fashion industry preferred.
Positive grasp of analytics, customer journey and conversion optimisation.
Knowledge of AI tools and effective AI prompting.
Solid analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
Good client communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
