Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage CLM platforms, with strong hands-on experience in ContractPodAI / LEAH.
Configure and maintain CLM workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and business rules.
Manage users, roles, permissions, access controls, and platform security.
Support contract lifecycle processes including authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewals.
Configure dashboards, reports, notifications, and system-level settings.
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal teams/vendor support for resolution.
Work with business and legal teams to understand requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
Support integrations between CLM and other enterprise applications through APIs or available integration frameworks.
Perform platform testing, UAT support, release validation,



and change management.
Monitor platform performance and identify prospects for process and system improvements.
Maintain platform documentation, configuration records, and administration procedures.

Must-Have Skills
8–10 years of experience in application/platform administration.
Strong hands-on experience with CLM platforms.
Mandatory: ContractPodAI / LEAH experience.
Experience in CLM configuration, workflow management, templates, approvals, and user administration.
Understanding of contract lifecycle and legal operations processes.
Experience with integrations, APIs, troubleshooting, and system support.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
