Job Overview

Fasteners King Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager with strong knowledge of fasteners, rebaring, anchoring systems and construction applications. The candidate should be technically capable, target-oriented and able to independently generate and convert project business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop current project sales leads.
Visit construction/project sites, contractors and consultants.
Understand application requirements and recommend suitable fasteners/anchoring solutions.
Good practical knowledge of rebaring, chemical anchoring, mechanical fasteners and fixing applications.
Conduct product demonstrations, site trials and coordinate pull-out tests.
Handle quotations, negotiations, follow-ups and order closures.
Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, builders and project teams.




Achieve monthly/annual Sales & GP targets.
Maintain project pipeline and regular follow-up reports.

Required Skills
Robust technical sales knowledge.
Practical understanding of fastener applications and construction materials.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-proving ability through independent project generation and conversion.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for project/site visits.

Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical or related field preferred.
Candidates with relevant project sales experience and robust application knowledge may also be considered.
