Projects Sales Executive
Position Summary:

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities related to specific projects. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their project requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have solid sales skills, project management experience, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to attend events, trade shows and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities
Develop and maintain network with Interior Designers/Architects, contractors, and customers
Meeting customer satisfaction and achieving targeted sales order
Escalate, and create urgency around any issues that would impede the success of the project i.e. ability to track projects metrics including task completion, budget issues
Work with internal Sales team to provide continuous coverage to field in the collection and analysis of Client data and satisfaction surveys




Prospect and qualify current sales leads/sites based on the visits
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects (Architects & Contractors)
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Required Qualifications / Skills
EDUCATION -
Bachelor's degree in any field
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
8 -15 years of Experience in visiting Architects, Interior Designer’s
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Fluency in English Communication
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Prior work experience in Furniture Fittings company is added advantage
