PAINTER (POWDER COATING)
Surface Preparation Cleaning, degreasing, sanding and sandblasting parts to ensure proper powder adhesions.
Masking & Plugging: Applying tape or plugs to protect specific areas from being coated.
Spraying: Using electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings achieving consistent thickness and quality.
Curing/Baking: Loading parts into curing ovens and monitoring temperatures create a hardened, durable finish.
Quality Inspection: Performing in-process and final checks for defects like uneven coating, missed spots, orange peel or contamination.
Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning spray guns, hoses, booths, and ovens to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
Safety Compliance: Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Respirators,



Gloves) and following environmental regulations.
Material Handling: Loading/Un loading parts from conveyors or racks.
Preparation of Daily Production Record;
Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Education: 8th pass and above. Work experience: At least SIX years experience as Powder coating Operator/Painter

Duty timings: Day and Night shifts.

AGE: BELOW 45 YEARS

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
