Client is executing an enterprise-wide digital transformation program spanning airport operations, passenger experience, non-aero businesses, cargo, ground handling, airport city initiatives, expansion projects, fuel farm operations, general aviation and enterprise functions. A strategic transformation initiative designed to accelerate digital transformation across airport businesses and enterprise functions. The client envisions to achieve that via a POD structure Business POD, Engineering POD and Business & Engineering (Governance) POD within these we aim to pitch for Business and Governance POD

Business Pod Responsibilities
Requirement gathering and process redesign
Product ownership and backlog management
Business case development and solution evaluation
UAT coordination and rollout support
Adoption, change management and advantages realization tracking




Vendor and stakeholder coordination

Governance Pod purpose & role
Integrate digital leadership, product owners, partner pod leads and functional stakeholders into a common governance rhythm.
Track delivery performance, priorities, quality, capacity utilization, spend and cross-pod dependencies.
Ensure explicit escalation paths from pod level to program level and then to the Steering Committee.
Embed release gates, infosec, safety and audit requirements into the delivery cadence instead of leaving them as late-stage checks.
Support capacity-based contracting through KPI-based performance management, preset rates, quarterly / annual SOWs or blanket POs, and transparent reporting
