Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Chennai.

The Performance

Marketer will manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display, focusing on measurable growth and return on ad spend. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning campaigns, setting budgets, tracking key performance metrics, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates. The role involves close collaboration with product, design, and content teams to align messaging and landing pages with campaign objectives.

The Performance

Marketer will also prepare performance reports,



identify insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and overall marketing efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with a focus on measurable ROI.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and comfort working with data to make decisions.
Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and landing page optimization.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content) and communicate clearly about performance insights and recommendations.
Relevant experience in digital marketing or growth roles, ideally in a rapid-paced or startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
