Job Title: Product Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Management skilled with robust exposure to the construction equipment / heavy machinery industry.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies covering market positioning, product planning, pricing, market penetration, competitive analysis and product lifecycle management.

The candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Dealers/Distributors and customers to identify market opportunities, understand customer requirements and strengthen the competitiveness of the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement short-term and long-term product strategies and business plans.
Drive product positioning, market penetration and competitive differentiation.
Conduct market research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Analyse customer requirements and provide Voice of Customer inputs for product development.
Recommend and support product pricing strategies based on market conditions,



competition and business objectives.
Develop product sales, revenue and unit forecasts.
Identify current markets, products and business opportunities.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product and channel strategies.
Collaborate with dealers, distributors, end customers and internal stakeholders.
Analyse competitor products, features, pricing and market activities to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Support product development, prototype/pilot validation and field-level product evaluation.
Manage product lifecycle and identify opportunities for product improvement, service enhancement and cost reduction.
Work with Engineering and cross-functional teams for product development and product modifications.
Prepare and present product/business strategies and market insights to senior management.
Support achievement of revenue, volume and profitability objectives.
