Position: Product Management Trainee (PMT)

Division: Boneva

Therapy: Orthopaedics & Gynaecology

Key Responsibilities:
Support product management and marketing activities for Ortho & Gynae formulations.
Develop product strategies, promotional inputs, and marketing communication.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the sales team for effective product communication and brand growth.
Track product performance and prepare reports/presentations.
Support recent product launches and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:
2–3 years of experience in Pharma Marketing/Product Management.
Formulation experience is mandatory/preferred, especially in Orthopaedics & Gynaecology.
Robust understanding of pharma formulations, brands, and market dynamics.
Valuable communication, analytical, presentation, and coordination skills.
Willing to work from office in Gurugram.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
