The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the property, ensuring a protected, well-maintained, and student-friendly setting. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the property/hostel.
Ensure student satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Manage hostel staff, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely services.
Ensure safety, security, and adherence to compliance standards.
Monitor and maintain property facilities and infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.




Ensure proper inventory management of supplies and assets.
Implement and enforce Aaalay policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification/training in Facility Management or Hospitality is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in property, hostel, student housing, co-living, or a related role.

Pay: ₹13,692.91 - ₹35,000.00 per month
