Role Purpose

The Process Manager – Development is accountable for end-to-end delivery and technical governance of automation- and AI-driven solutions for financial services clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Own full project lifecycle from solution design to production deployment and post-production support.
Define delivery strategy, timelines, resource allocation, and cost controls across multiple engagements.
Provide architectural oversight for Python-based automation, web scraping frameworks, AI/ML solutions, and SQL-based data platforms.
Drive adoption of automation to improve efficiency,



accuracy, and scalability.
Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness of all delivered solutions.
Lead client discussions, governance meetings, and executive updates.
Mentor Associate Process Managers and Senior Analysts; manage performance and capability development.

Qualifications & Experience:
10 years of software development and delivery experience.
Solid expertise in Python, SQL, automation, web scraping, and AI/ML.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
