Own module design, API contracts,



and backward compatibility for system interfaces.
Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics.
Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Essential Requirements
8+ years of related experience
Ability to deliver resilient, maintainable system modules in enterprise settings.
Robust CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices for platform code.
Experience implementing safety, security, and compliance requirements in code.
Transparent communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.

Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent platform certification
