MailerMen is looking for a Platform Engineer to join our growing Pune engineering group. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. We expect around two years of qualified experience and the ability to work independently on well-scoped problems. The role is fully remote, with the Pune team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.




Support containerized workloads and cloud environments.
Build self-service tooling for common developer tasks.
Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
Track platform reliability metrics and SLOs.
Automate repetitive operational tasks.
Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
Valuable to have: Python, Backstage, Go, GitOps, Prometheus, Terraform
